We created this loyalty program to support what matters most at Pure Body Solutions: consistent care for clients and a smooth, sustainable clinic rhythm for the team.

Consistency is one of the biggest drivers of results, especially for chronic or recurring issues. This program gives clients a gentle reason to stay on track, while keeping the process easy for us to run day-to-day. The goal is simple: better continuity of care, better client experience, and a steadier flow of appointments without adding admin burden.

HOW POINTS WORK

Earn rule: $1 spend = 1 point

Redemption Rate: $10 = 100 points 

Minimum to start redeeming: 1,000 points ($100)

Points are accrued for every dollar spent at the clinic on treatments, retail products, packages, and vouchers. These points can be redeemed for any purchase, excluding membership purchases and promotional items.

• 1 credit = 1 x 60-minute appointment
• Minimum: 1 credit per month

Before your membership begins, we confirm your monthly credits and total (credits × $120).

• Booking longer sessions (90 or 120 minutes)?
  We apply your available credits first — you only pay the difference if needed.

Purchase your sessions upfront, have them added to your account, and simply book as you go. No repeat payments. No stress. Just ongoing care.

60-Minute Packs

• 3 × 60 min — $360
• 5 × 60 min — $600

90-Minute Packs

• 3 × 90 min — $555
• 5 × 90 min — $925

How It Works

1. Purchase your pack (paid in full).
2. Your sessions are added to your account.
3. Book as normal — we process your credit at checkout.

If booking online, select BOOK NOW (not PAY NOW) and write “Package” in the notes so we can apply your session correctly.

Important to Know

• Packs are fixed to the session length purchased (60 min or 90 min).
• Sessions can’t be converted between durations.
• Valid for massage treatments only (not retail or gift vouchers).
• Cannot be combined with memberships, promotions, or other discounts.
• If claiming private health rebates, book and pay at the standard rate so we can process your claim separately.

Every year, we gift $10 Birthday Credit to our clients as a little reminder to pause, reset, and do something kind for your body.

Your credit is automatically added to your account on the first day of your birthday month and is ready to use anytime during that month.
