We created this loyalty program to support what matters most at Pure Body Solutions: consistent care for clients and a smooth, sustainable clinic rhythm for the team.

Consistency is one of the biggest drivers of results, especially for chronic or recurring issues. This program gives clients a gentle reason to stay on track, while keeping the process easy for us to run day-to-day. The goal is simple: better continuity of care, better client experience, and a steadier flow of appointments without adding admin burden.

HOW POINTS WORK

Earn rule: $1 spend = 1 point

Redemption Rate: $10 = 100 points 

Minimum to start redeeming: 1,000 points ($100)

Points are accrued for every dollar spent at the clinic on treatments, retail products, packages, and vouchers. These points can be redeemed for any purchase, excluding membership purchases and promotional items.

  We apply your available credits first — you only pay the difference if needed.

Packages are designed to support treatment consistency for clients who commit to multiple sessions upfront, while keeping booking and payment simple.

Sessions are added to your account after full payment is received and are redeemed when eligible appointments are attended, in accordance with these Terms.

Your credit is automatically added to your account on the first day of your birthday month and is ready to use anytime during that month.
